The bracelet is stunning. It was a gift for teacher appreciation and we are thrilled with how it came out. The bracelet for someone who is a science lover is breathtaking. My daughter could not wait to give this gift to her beloved science teacher.
Most importantly was the customer service. I made the mistake of not looking at the length and realized when I received the item that it was not going to be long enough for her teacher. I contacted customer service and they answered me with in minutes offering to fix the problem immediately. They are sending me pluto and some additional links right away so my husband can add them on. I was a bit worried as this was my mistake, but they were incredible, kind and efficent. It reminded me that there are people who truly care about the products they sell and want you to be 100% happy!
