Ever wonder what the Moon looked like on your birthday? Or the birth dates of your children? The day you got married? Or the date of a person you love who passed on? We can help you find out and create it into a beautiful, simple slide necklace for you. Available in antique bronze or antique silver tone, comes on an 18" chain, and slider pendant measures 1/2" (13mm) in diameter. This listing is for ONE pendant. If you would like multiple pendants on one chain (as is shown in several photographs) to celebrate multiple dates, please contact us for a quote.

If your date has a "new Moon" (ie the first and darkest phase of the Moon, which would essentially be a black charm), we will create your piece with a darkened full Moon to illustrate that it was in shadow at the time. If you prefer to have a full Moon instead of a custom moon phase from a certain date, please select a random date and put "FULL MOON" in the Time section. We include a card with your piece that describes the date information provided and the Moon phase, an example of which is shown in the last photograph. We do not offer engraving.
